We offer multiple convenient payment options to fit your schedule.

Online Renewal – Renew from the comfort of your home

Our online portal is open 24/7. You can renew online and choose to either have your registration mailed to you or pick it up at one of our offices.

What are the payment options?

  • eCheck (no payment fees)
  • Credit or debit card (includes a convenience fee)

Note: The Tax Collector’s Office does not receive any part of the convenience fee.

Express Lane – Renew online with same-day or next-day office pickup

Skip the line! Renew online before 3:30 PM and choose express pickup at the Tax Collector’s office of your choice – just go to the welcome desk under the blue Express Lane sign! Available Monday-Friday.

Important Notes:

  • If you do not pick up your registration within 2 business days, it will be mailed to the address on file.
  • Renewals paid after 3:30 PM can be picked up the next business day.
  • You must bring a photo ID when you come to pick up your registration.
    • If someone else will be picking up your registration, you must list their name when you complete the online transaction. Otherwise, only the listed owner(s) will be able to pick up the registration.
Mail – Send your renewal by mail

Detach and return the renewal slip(s) with check or money order made payable in US funds to Nancy C. Millan, Tax Collector.

Drop Box – Drop off your renewal

Drop boxes are available 24/7 at most of our branches for your convenience. We accept checks or money orders only. Cash is not accepted. Make checks or money orders payable in US funds to Nancy C. Millan, Tax Collector.

Office Visit – Renew at any branch location

Walk-ins are welcome! You can visit us at any of our office locations.


Registration Requirements

What do I need to know about mobile home registration?

  • Mobile homes must be registered with a current decal at all times, even when unoccupied.
  • Failure to register annually results in delinquent taxes.
  • Decals expire December 31st each year.
  • Registration fees are based on mobile home length. View mobile home registration fees.
  • Double-wide mobile homes require separate registration for each side.

Do you own the land where your mobile home is located?

Convert your mobile home to real property

When you convert your mobile home to real property, you no longer need to renew your mobile home registration. However, you will be required to pay annual property taxes on the home, just like a traditional house.
