Clear Toll Registration Stops

You will not be able to renew your registration if you have registration stops associated with toll violations.

THEA & CFX Toll Violations: For added convenience, we have partnered with both the Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority (THEA) and the Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX) to clear toll stops at our offices.

Contact Toll Agencies Directly: If you have unpaid tolls with other toll agencies or wish to pay by phone or online instead of visiting our office, use the contact information below to pay any outstanding amount.

Important: After paying a toll agency directly (online or by phone):

• Ask them to send payment confirmation by email or fax to the Tax Collector office you plan to visit (this helps us document your payment and remove your registration stop), OR
• Wait 3 business days before visiting our offices for the system to update.
