What if my license expired?
Your concealed weapon license can be renewed up to six months after the expiration date. However, a $15 late fee applies for renewals after the expiration date.

Make an appointment to visit our North Tampa office and bring your renewal notice. Our staff will assist you with submitting your application electronically to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, notarize your application, and take your photograph.

Acceptable forms of picture ID include the following:
- Driver License, or
- State Identification Card, or
- U.S. Passport, or
- U.S. Active Duty /Retiree/ Reserve Military ID Card, or
- U.S. Tribal or Bureau of Indian Affairs ID card, or
- Foreign Passport with appropriate immigration documents, or
- An ID Card issued by U.S. Department of Justice, Immigration & Naturalization Service.

Your concealed weapon license number or concealed weapon license renewal notice.
Legal name change documentation (i.e. marriage certificate, court records, etc.)
