What is the Advance Leadership Development Program?

ALDP is a training program that provides customized training sessions and mentorship offered by Managers and the Senior Leadership team. The program includes a structured curriculum that ensures thorough preparation for future leadership roles. Mentorship initiatives and participation in activities and supplementary training, prepares participants for their final project.

Each participant selects a project of interest from a pre-approved list provided by the senior leadership team. They collaborate closely with the sponsoring director throughout the project’s duration, and at the program’s conclusion, all projects are presented to Ms. Millan and the senior leadership team.

Throughout ALDP, individuals explore diverse leadership modules including strategic planning, process management, cost-benefit analysis, communication, statutes and laws, project management, and public speaking, among other relevant topics.

These courses are designed to prepare ALDP participants with the necessary tools and knowledge to enhance their comprehension of Tax Collector policies and procedures and to better prepare them for future leadership possibilities. The purpose of this program is to ensure participants gain invaluable experience in understanding leadership roles within the organization.
