How to Obtain Vehicle Records
You have three options to access data from the Florida Real-time Vehicle Information System (FRVIS):
Option 1: Free Online Vehicle Check – Retrieve a free motor vehicle check with limited information on the FLHSMV website.
Option 2: Authorized Service Provider – Contact an authorized service provider for record retrieval.
Option 3: Submit a Records Request Form – Complete and submit a Motor Vehicle, Vessel and Mobile Home Records Request, Form HSMV 90510 (PDF) to Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) with the appropriate fees.
