Skip the Wait with Express Pick Up
As an added convenience, certain transactions are available for express pickup. Start your transaction online, then pick up your documents at one of our offices – no waiting in line required. Just walk straight to the welcome desk under the blue Express Lane sign and let the staff know you’re picking up documents.
Available Express Pick Up Services:
Registrations – Renew online with same-day or next-day office pickup
Renew online before 3:30 PM and choose express pickup at the Tax Collector’s office of your choice. Available Monday-Friday.
Important Notes:
- If you do not pick up your registration within 2 business days, it will be mailed to the address on file.
- Renewals paid after 3:30 PM can be picked up the next business day.
- You must bring a photo ID when you come to pick up your registration.
- If someone else will be picking up your registration, you must list their name when you complete the online transaction. Otherwise, only the listed owner(s) will be able to pick up the registration.
